Dear Parent

We are pleased to invite you to attend the Year 7 Mini- Progress Evening on Wednesday 20th October 2021 from 4.00 pm - 6.00 pm with your son or daughter.

This is an opportunity for you to speak to your child’s form tutor about their first few weeks with us. There will also be an opportunity to attend a short presentation from Mrs Kelly (Head of Year 7).

Later on in the academic year, there will be a Progress Evening where you will be able to speak to your child’s subject teachers and discuss their progress.

This will be held in person at Blessed Trinity RCC.

Appointment Booking

We are using an online appointment booking system. This allows you to choose your own appointment times with your child’s Form Teacher and you will receive an email confirming your appointments.  

Please book one appointment with your child’s form tutor.
Also, please note that there will also be a mini-presentation held in the theatre by Mrs Kelly (Head of Year 7) who will be explaining key information about Blessed Trinity and how to support your child’s education. These talks will take place at 4.00pm, 4.30pm, 5.00pm and 5.30pm. The talks will last for approximately 10 minutes each.

If you wish to attend a talk please book your form tutor appointment allowing time to attend one of the talks near to your appointment time. Please note attending the presentation is optional.

Appointments can be made from Wednesday 13th October 2021 and will close on Wednesday 20th October at 1:00pm.

Due to the rise in COVID cases nationally, please may we ask that only one parent/guardian attends with the pupil. We would encourage that face masks are worn by all attending and request that regular hand sanitising takes place, sanitising stations will be situated around the school. If queuing for an appointment, we ask that you wait outside of the allocated room.
